Thank you for writing in English.
My point and complaint(!) on this matter is not wheter or not there has been delays in answering emails or phone calls, but that my company is not a scam! I do not own any of my customers money and if they have paied a deposit, they have got what they have paied for or more. I always, if there is any matters the customers are not happy with, give some kind of compansation to my customers!
Regarding the email you mention you have sent me I have not recived it and this might be because it has been rejected by our server for some reason as spam mail, but I will have this checked with my site's administrator asap!
Regarding calls, I had 5 days during this summer when my phone did not work properly, so you might have been unlucky enough to have called at this time?! But if you had left an message on my answering machine (which is conected when you get the message call is being diverted) with your phone nr I would get right back to you..
Again, I dont have any problems to handle complaints if there is anything I have done wrong or not fast enough, but I have a big problem being called a scam when that is not the matter of the case!
